To receive a complete refund within seven days of your transaction, follow the directions below. Please be aware that we make every effort to adhere to our policy and refund you as soon as we can. However, because of unforeseen situations, such as payment processors, banks, and financial institutions, it may take up to 15 days for your bank account to receive the refund. You won’t be able to join our service again after your subscription has finished and been refunded.
